Founder
Owolabi Salami is the founder of The VIBE
Dining & Lounge.
He has in over 30 years cognate
experience as a legal practitioner
(12 years) and an insurance practitioner.
In the course of his professional career, he
had served as a Divisional Director
(Axa-Mansard Insurance); Deputy Managing
Director (AIICO Insurance Plc); CEO (ARM
Life Insurance); and CEO (Allianz, Nigeria).
He is passionate about building a global
hospitality brand of The VIBE Lagos.
Owolabi currently serves on the Boards
of SWAGCO (Chairman) and Royal Exchange
General Insurance Co (Non Executive
Director).
William Habib
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
With in-depth experience in hospitality,
William Habib is a skilled restaurant
consultant with over 10 years of experience, a
management and consultant professional
with diverse experience, specializing in
restaurant, food service and hospitality
industries, focusing on establishing
excellence in operations and service while
upholding outstanding culinary standards.
William is a trilingual professional with a
Bachelor Degree in Business Management.
William has managed several restaurants
including Sushi Star, (Beirut), ZwZ (Beirut),
In-House Burger (Beirut), Kappadoccia
(Lagos) and Crepaway (Lagos).
Also very good at training FOH and BOH, he
has brought his expertise and experience to
The VIBE Lagos in the role of Chief Operating
Officer.
Rachael Omonoyan Peter
Financial Report Expert
Rachael is a seasoned
Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) and
a member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Nigeria. She holds a
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from
Ambrose Alli University and a Diploma in
Banking and Finance from the University of
Benin (UNIBEN).
She’s a Financial Reporting expert, with over
8 years of Professional Finance Management
and a strong background in Corporate
Reporting, Data Analytics and Modeling.
Performance Management and Internal
Control.
Prior to joining The VIBE as the Chief
Financial Officer, she was the Finance
Manager and a Financial Reporting Associate
for Cititrust Financial Services and
Renmoney Mfb Ltd.
She is responsible for Corporate Reporting,
Financial Management and Control.
